A fitting takes around 15–20 minutes. We measure, cut the chain to the perfect length, and weld it closed with a tiny jump ring. There's no clasp to fiddle with and nothing to take off: it stays on through showers, swimming and sleep until you choose to have it cut.

- What is a permanent bracelet?
- A fine chain bracelet welded closed around your wrist — no clasp, nothing to take on and off. It stays on through showers, swimming and sleep until you choose to have it cut off.
- Does the welding hurt?
- No. The weld takes a split second and is made on the chain, away from your skin, so you don't feel any heat.
- How long does a fitting take?
- Around 15–20 minutes, including choosing your chain and getting the perfect fit.
- How far is the studio from Stockton and Middlesbrough?
- Our studio is at 9a Skinnergate in Darlington town centre — roughly 12 miles from Stockton and 15 miles from Middlesbrough, usually around half an hour by car.
